All jobs completed by Pool Table Pete come backed with a 5 month warranty. This includes all workmanship for each individual job, such as, the level on the playing surface of the pool table and removal of any wrinkles or bubbles in felt from installation by a PTP employee.
The warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions: Only certified PTP employees are allowed to adjust parts or position of the pool table. If your pool table is moved or disassembled by someone other than a PTP employee, the warranty will immediately be voided and a new invoice will be provided for repair service.
In the event of any issues contact Pool Table Pete to schedule an inspection of the table. If determined to be defective and in warranty terms, repairs will be made accordingly.
