The communication was so so on point and clear. The breakdown of my table was very smooth. Pete was able to store my table a couple of days before reassembling it in a new construction home, let alone up 2 flights of stairs. The gentlemen that reassembled my table were equally knowledgeable and offered insight logistically that I had not considered. They even moved furniture just to give me different perspectives of how the room could look. This is a LEGIT pool table moving company. It's NOT a couple of guys that can carry heavy stuff. They ALL knew there craft VERY well and customer service was a HUGE part of the experience. Above and beyond with information, courteousness, and insightful.
