The communication was so so on point and clear. The breakdown of my table was very smooth. Pete was able to store my table a couple of days before reassembling it in a new construction home, let alone up 2 flights of stairs. The gentlemen that reassembled my table were equally knowledgeable and offered insight logistically that I had not considered. They even moved furniture just to give me different perspectives of how the room could look. This is a LEGIT pool table moving company. It's NOT a couple of guys that can carry heavy stuff. They ALL knew there craft VERY well and customer service was a HUGE part of the experience. Above and beyond with information, courteousness, and insightful. My experience with them was literally perfect. Zero complaints. Definitely worth my time to let others know this is a SOLID company and Pete does a fabulous job and he stays true to his work and word. After the install I noticed a cpl flaws in the rails, after reaching out to PJ he assured me it wasn’t a big deal and that the particular Brunswick I have may have caused the flaw. He promptly ordered what he needed and called me to make an appointment to come fix the issue AT NO CHARGE. The price was well worth it and I would recommend his company to anyone!!!!
