Because pool tables and game-room products are large, specialty items—and many orders involve freight, scheduling, and/or professional installation—all sales are final unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order, including:
- dimensions and weights
- finish/color options
- room fit and delivery path (doorways, stairs, tight turns)
- any included services (delivery/installation scope)
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately queued for processing, ordering, and/or scheduling. For that reason, orders cannot be canceled after submission.
In rare cases, Pool Table Pete may consider a cancellation request at our sole discretion (for example, if an order has not entered processing or shipping). If an exception is approved, the order may be subject to administrative fees and any non-recoverable costs already incurred, including (but not limited to) freight charges, installer scheduling fees, and manufacturer fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Pool tables and large game-room items are not typically returnable due to freight handling, installation labor, and the risk of damage in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided except in the event Pool Table Pete authorizes a written exception or as required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
This policy does not limit your rights in the case of shipping damage or a verified defect.
If your order arrives damaged, please follow our Shipping, Delivery & Installation Policy:
- inspect the shipment before signing,
- document any issues with photos,
- and notify us within the required timeframe.
When reported properly and approved, we will coordinate the appropriate resolution—such as replacement parts, repair, or other remedy—depending on the situation.
