All orders are 100% insured. Please allow 48-72 hours processing time for all in-stock pool tables prior to shipment. A representative will reach out if your selected product has a longer lead time. Service Warranty

All jobs completed by Pool Table Pete come backed with a 5 month warranty. This includes all workmanship for each individual job, such as, the level on the playing surface of the pool table and removal of any wrinkles or bubbles in felt from installation by a PTP employee.

The warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions: Only certified PTP employees are allowed to adjust parts or position of the pool table. If your pool table is moved or disassembled by someone other than a PTP employee, the warranty will immediately be voided and a new invoice will be provided for repair service.

In the event of any issues contact Pool Table Pete to schedule an inspection of the table. If determined to be defective and in warranty terms, repairs will be made accordingly.

Pete qouted me an amazing price and could schedule me the next day, but the people I purchased the table from had to wait till Friday. Friday came Frank and Tito went and broke down the Pool Table and we're heading my way within an hour of getting to the site where the table was at. They got to my house, had the frame and legs put together helped me decide the best area for the table even measured cue travel to see if there would be any obstacle's in the way. They leveled the frame after choosing spot, then leveled the slate, sealed the slate and felted the table. Leveled the rails and the table as a whole once completed. Was an amazing experience A++++ service and the guys were amazing and explained the process every step was very interesting. I would highly recommend for professionalism and just genuine good people.
